Jewellery sold by Gul's Gem includes items made from stainless steel, including 304, 316, surgical-grade stainless steel, Titanium Steel and Tungsten steel, where specified.
Some items may feature PVD gold plating or coloured coatings, fired glass enamel. This will be clearly described on the product page.
Stainless steel jewellery is highly durable and resistant to tarnishing, but it is not indestructible.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
2. Jewellery Care Policy
To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewellery:
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals (cleaning products, perfumes, chlorine).
Remove jewellery before heavy physical activity.
Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth.
Store items separately to avoid scratches.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER CARE IS NOT CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
3. Pricing & Payment Policy
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched.
4. Order Processing Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and takes 2-3 days depending on the postal service used.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER DUE TO STOCK ISSUES, PRICING ERRORS, OR SUSPECTED FRAUD. IN SUCH CASES, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping
We offer UK delivery (currently not offering our products by international shipping options).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the customer.
GUL'S GEM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY POSTAL SERVICES, CUSTOMS, OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, the following terms apply:
Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNUSED, AND RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–15 business days after we receive the returned item.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs and order details.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
8. Warranty Policy
Gul's Gem offers a 2 week limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
